We ship all orders from the Netherlands to every country in the European Union. Here you can find everything about shipping costs and delivery times.

Shipping costs

The exact shipping costs for your order are always shown at checkout, before you pay.

Delivery times

We ship your order within 1–2 working days after your payment has been received. After that, the expected delivery time is:

• Netherlands: 1–2 working days
• Belgium: 2–3 working days
• Other EU countries: 3–7 working days

These are estimates. During busy periods, such as Ramadan and Eid, delivery may take a little longer.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with PostNL or DHL. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link, so you can follow your parcel.

Customs and import costs

We ship from the Netherlands within the European Union, so there are no customs duties or import costs for EU customers.

Not at home?

If you are not at home, the carrier will usually try to deliver your parcel to a neighbour or leave it at a nearby pick-up point. You will receive a notification about where you can collect it.

Damaged or missing parcel?

Has your parcel arrived damaged, or has it not arrived within the expected delivery time? Please contact us at biddendcomfort@gmail.com with your order number and, if possible, photos of the parcel. We will sort it out for you.

Check your address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when you place your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, so we can change it before your order is shipped.
